Airy and neat room plus a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a personal safe. Hot and excellent breakfast with several options, excellent service. Location - particularly good and unbeatable, near to local restaurants, shops, bus/tram station and green area, and the beaches alonge the coast. Free parking nearby provided.

Excellent value. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and helpful. We needed to be near the Faliro marinas, so location for us was excellent. Not convenient for access to city centre, though (obvious, since it's located in Kallithea). We were allowed to take our folding bikes in the room, which was a great convenience.

I am very pleased with your stay at this hotel. Everything was OK - staff, breakfast, room. Extremely clean hotel. You can use the Internet. Close to beach and downtown Athens, has convenient transportation throughout the city. I stayed there again and recommend it to everyone. Located in a very calm and quiet area of Athens. :)))))

To άνετο δωμάτιο, η ευγενική συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού, η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε γειτονιά. / The room was big , comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and willing to help, the place is quiet although near to main street and you have the feeling of "neighborhood"
το φτωχό πρωινό. τα υδραυλικά έχουν πρόβλημα: χαμηλή πίεση του νερού και εναλλαγή ζεστού και κρύου. / Poor breakfast and low water pressure

It was a beautiful, comfortable, relaxed, airy room. Very good value for money, would stay for that reason alone and convenient for local area, if not for centre of town.
Lots of mosquitos at night, but very good air conditioner if closing the windows. Very steep phone charges - I was charged over 10 euros for a couple of minutes of local call!

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. It is also conveniently located near the tram station, making it easy to get to the port on time, and the airport bus is only a 10-minute walk away. the rooms are well cleaned and prepared every day, with a nice view of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center from some rooms. the staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, speaking both English and French. the breakfast is excellent, with a variety of ingredients to choose from.
Some guests inconsiderately made a lot of noise during the late hours of the night, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was quite clean and the rooms modern. The breakfast buffet was good. Parking was easy.
The hotel staff was not particularly friendly even though it looked like we were one of the few guests in the hotel. The receptionist wasn't able to give us much help in finding the right transportation to the city center. The location is appropriate for people on business or maybe people who need to take a boat from the port of Athens....not incredibly convenient for downtown but not too bad. It costs about 10 euros to go from the hotel to the city center
